Kings of Mykonos...NOT!

Well we woke up this morning to a disheartening blow - too windy to dock in Mykonos....NOOOOOOO! Oh well, no point crying about it, so back to sleep it was.

We headed off for a late breakfast then came back to the room to get ready properly, rather than the just-throw-on-the-clothes look! The US Open golf was awesome, which distracted us for a while. We even contemplated not going to Bingo, but that was never going to happen!

Thank God we went to Bingo....winners! We won the whole kit and caboodle. 300 USD, yes please!

Tan: I was also the volunteer Bingo commissioner, because I saw the girl the other day win a t-shirt and get a free cocktail of the day....well worth the effort! Never expected to take away the grand prize, yet it really appeased my competitive nature. Cleaned up again...woot!

We headed out to the pool after Bingo and were revelling in our win. The entertainment staff fired up a few games on the pool deck, really livening up the atmosphere. The team challenge games were hilarious, but we didn't go in it. It would be rude to win everything!

Tan: Richard went in the baggo comp though, which is a bean bag throwing game. He also really wanted to go in the ping pong tournament yesterday, but didn't. He walked over and checked it out and claimed his back spin would have smashed all of the players he saw. Who's the competitive one now? Hahahaha!

It was off to lunch then a relax and an afternoon snooze in the room for a couple of hours, before heading to our first trivia of the day. This trivia was a general knowledge quiz, which was very hard. We only got a bit over 50 percent, along with many others. Later on we were back on for the Progressive Trivia comp. This was called tri-bond, where you needed to find the common thing connecting the sets of three words. We did ok, but not greatly. Team RaT needs a lift tomorrow tonight! The grand slipping from our grip. Noooooo!

Our usual area at dinner was very busy tonight, so we headed off for a drink and waited till they buzzed us. This was nice, but probably their least impressive choices. Our two waiters made a rose, a boot and a swan out of the napkins for us. It was like they were having a fold off! Loved it!

Tan: We finished off the evening by going to the pool deck white party. I was not a happy camper, as I did not have one piece of white clothing with me. The bed sheet would have worked! Toga time! I was too gutless for that and wore another outfit suitable for a club. You know how much we love a theme night! Some warning would've been nice Captain Rune!!!! It was still fun though, because we were able to dance and watch the soccer on the massive outdoor screen at the same time. Well done Spain, 1 - 0 over Croatia.
